• Standard Contact Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
• Response Time: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply.
• Off-Hours: While some volunteers may choose to respond outside of these windows, this is strictly at their personal discretion. In the case of off hour events, contact hours will adjust accordingly.
