KELSO SOCCER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

MSA TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING

PRESENT: Jennifer McCauley, Josh & Brett Harman, Lorla Victoriano, Meredith Ellis, 
Josh Thompson, Morgan Aberle, Linda Schulz, Phil & Sarah Dahl, Lori McCafferty

PRESIDENT: Kelso Elks has decided to pass on doing the food cart @ Manasco Field.
VICE PRESIDENT: Morgan has some ideas about possible fundraisers for the fall such as 
selling water bottles with the KSC logo on them.  More information to come.
TREASURER: Qwest $54.99/PUD $10.21/REB Magnetics $340/PO Box rental for one year 
$58/Morgan Aberle $61.38 for signs advertising sign ups. MSA to approve minutes and 
pay bills.
DIRECTOR OF COACHES: We need 3.5 coaches for BU9, GU6, GU8 and ½ coach for GU10.
REGISTRAR: 231 players signed up for spring soccer this year = 23 teams. Registration 
is now closed except for GU12. There were scholarship requests for 3-½ payments and
2 full.  MSA to approve scholarships.  MSA to give discretion to Josh & Jennifer to 
allow 3 other scholarships if needed.

DIRECTOR OF FIELDS: Open position
DIRECTOR OF REFEREES: Not present
COMMISSIONER?S REPORT: The WSYSA president will be here at the District 5 meeting 
April 19 6-8pm.

NEW BUSINESS: MSA to approve giving ½ off registration fees for board members children.
