KELSO SOCCER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 7:07PM
MSA TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING

PRESENT: Lorla Victoriano, Josh Thompson, Morgan Aberle, Linda Schulz, Phil & Sarah Dahl, 
Lori McCafferty, Jody Cook, Neil Crawford, CJ & Jennifer Murray

PRESIDENT: Curbside Café will be vending food at all Saturday games held at Manasco Field 
this fall season.
VICE PRESIDENT: Morgan & Josh are planning a mini soccer camp open to U-9 and below on 
August 19,20, 21 at a cost of only $20, payable the first day of camp.
TREASURER: Qwest $51.62/PUD $15.37/Porta Potty $78.44/Lorla Victoriano to reimburse expenses 
for sponsor letters/Referee fees for spring soccer $155. MSA to approve minutes and pay bills.
DIRECTOR OF COACHES: No report
REGISTRAR: There were 2 scholarship requests. MSA. 142 have registered so far. There were 2 
refunds to players who signed up for spring soccer but who didn?t get to play.
FINAL day of registration will be July 31.  
DIRECTOR OF EQUIPMENT: Not present
DIRECTOR OF SPONSORS: Lorla mailed out 218 sponsorship letters and has so far received 4 paid 
sponsors. 
DIRECTOR OF FIELDS: Open position-We really need volunteers to sign up to mow Manasco Field 
throughout the summer.  The Dahl's have been graciously doing this forever & deserve a break.  
It only takes a couple hours out of your week.

DIRECTOR OF REFEREES: We need a youth referee assignor.
COMMISSIONER'S REPORT: CYSA is thinking about having a paid referee assignor to cover all 
Kelso/Longview games but it is still in the planning stages as of right now.  We will have to 
have player cards for all kids signed up to play this year.
