Kelso Soccer Club Meeting Minutes
January 20, 2009
Meeting called to order 7:00 MSA to approve minutes.

Present:  Lori McCafferty, Linda Schulz, Josh Thompson, Phil & Sarah Dahl, Brian Wood, 
Morgan & Andrea Aberle, Meredith Ellis, Jennifer Murray, Lorla Victoriano
President:  No report
Vice President: Josh looked more into the costs for sponsorship boards for Manasco Field.  
He suggested we charge $250 for 2 season (spring & fall).  The first year making the signs 
would be a bit costly but each year after that will be all profit.  Josh is also still working 
with the Kelso Elks regarding having concessions at Manasco Field.
Treasurer: Bills were: PUD $10.21/Qwest $48.39.MSA to approve minutes and pay bills.
Director of Coaches: No report
Registrar:  Spring soccer sign ups are open online now. If you didn?t play fall soccer then 
the fee to play spring soccer will be $55.  If you are a returning player then the fee will 
be $40.  There will be 8 games played during the spring league.  We will also have on site 
registration at Tamo on February 21 from 10-2 and on February 28 from 2-4pm.  Final deadline 
for signing up is February 28.
Director of Equipment: Not present
Director of Sponsors: Lorla is getting the flyer ready to distribute to the schools for 
spring soccer.
Director of Fields: Not present
Director of Referees: Not present
Commissioner:   Select team tryouts will be held May 16,17,
23 from 2-4 @ 7th Ave. Park.  CYSA needs officers. 
Old Business:  None
New Business:  The January soccer board meeting is always the elections meeting as well 
as regular business.
 Nominations for the board are as follows: Josh Thompson-President, Morgan Aberle-VP, 
Sarah Dahl-Treasurer, CJ Murray-Director of Coaches, Jennifer Murray and Linda Schulz-Registrars, 
Amber Harris-Director of Equipment, Jody Cook-Director of Referees, Lorla Victoriano-Director 
of Sponsors, Lori McCafferty-Secretary, Phil Dahl & Loren Harper-Directors of Fields.  
MSA  We do have need for at least one person for Commissioners Report which involves going o
nce a month to CYSA meetings and then reporting back to the Kelso Soccer Club Board Meeting.
