Director of Equipment: Not present Director of Sponsors: Not present Director of Fields: Phil suggested that we approach Kelso School District about St. Marys' field and offer to help pay for reconditioning the field after this coming fall 2009 season. He is looking for volunteers to set up a rotation to mow the fields at Manasco. It would help to have about 4 people who could rotate every week so it would only be a once-a-month commitment. It takes about 3 hours to mow both fields and usually needs to be done once a week from March through November. Director of Referees: Not present Commissioner's Report: Select soccer tryouts for Fall 2009 will be held May 16, 17, and 23 from 2:00 - 4:00 at 7th Ave. Park soccer fields in Longview. Kelso Soccer Club still needs a volunteer for the commissioner position, which involves attending the Kelso Soccer Club monthly meetings and the Cowlitz Youth Soccer Association monthly meetings and reporting between the two. Old Business: None New Business: Josh and Morgan would like to offer a mini-camp before the fall soccer season, for one week in the evenings sometime in August. They would like to involve the older soccer players helping to teach the littler ones, and would like to start small and see if there is any interest. Meeting adjourned: 8:08 pm Next meeting: March 17, 2009, 7:00 pm at Tamo
