KELSO SOCCER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 7:03PM
MSA TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING

PRESENT: Lorla Victoriano, Josh Thompson, Morgan Aberle, Linda Schulz, Phil & Sarah Dahl, 
Lori McCafferty, Jody Cook

PRESIDENT: Kelso School District has asked us to write a formal request/proposal for the 
use of the parcel of land in Lexington that was originally purchased by KSD to build a 
new elementary school.  If approved we could potentially have a lot large enough to hold 
all the fields we would need. 
VICE PRESIDENT: Morgan & Josh are planning a mini soccer camp open to U-9 and below on 
August 19,20, 21 at a cost of only $20. More details to follow.
TREASURER: Qwest $52.69/PUD $10.54/REB Magnetics $2743.01/CYSA player insurance 
$1549.80/Watkins $498.20.
MSA to approve minutes and pay bills.
DIRECTOR OF COACHES: Not present
REGISTRAR: Registration will be open the first week of May for fall soccer.  The cost 
will be $55.  FINAL day of registration will be July 31.  We will have open registrations 
at Tamo on May 27 6-8pm, May 30 10-2pm, June 10 6-8pm & June 13 10-2pm.
DIRECTOR OF EQUIPMENT: Not present
DIRECTOR OF SPONSORS: Lorla is finalizing the sponsor letter & will be mailing them out 
soon.
DIRECTOR OF FIELDS: Open position-We need a mole killer!

DIRECTOR OF REFEREES: No report
COMMISSIONER?S REPORT: Check CYSA website for upcoming dates of E&D coaching clinics, 
goalie camps, etc.  Select tryouts are May 16,17,23 2-4pm @7th Ave. Pk.
